Since it was founded in 179 CE, "Castra Regina" has seen glorious times. The Romans chose to build their fort at the confluence of the rivers Regen and Danube in close proximity to the Celtic settlement "Radasbona." Regensburg, as it is known these days, is also my place of birth. Click WEBLINKS to the left and find links to some interesting websites!
The picture on the right is a shot from my favorite beergarden on an island in the Danube. Click the thumbnail image to browse the official website of Regensburg.

Capital of Colorado and (still expanding) High Tech Mecca of the Rocky Mountains, Denver has been my home since 1999. My favorite view of the Rockies is right at the onset of the blue hour on a summer evening, moments before the sun disappears behind the mountains. Click the thumbnail to the right for more information about Denver, CO. In MO' BETTA LINKS you will find an array of health, women, and yoga related sites.

This beautiful sunset picture shows North Platte, NE, to insiders also known as "Flatrock," known to be Bill Cody's place of residence for a couple of years. "Buffalo Bill" lived there before he moved to Denver, CO, to stay with his sister until his death in 1917. Clicking the thumbnail image will bring you to North Platte's official website. Click MORSEL to the left and take a look at me... Click on the butterfly to the right and take a look at my multiple intelligences pie chart. Judging from it, I could be considered a tree hugger or an introvert. Naturally, there is some truth to that. |

Nuremberg (see picture, right) has a beautiful medieval town center. Imperial residence and home of famous painter Albrecht Duerer and the inventor Peter Henlein (first spring-driven pocketwatch), Nuremberg is today a major metropolis in Bavaria. Most importantly, though, my daughter Carmen "hat hier das Licht der Welt erblickt." Click YOGA FOR EVERYBODY to look for information on my Yoga teaching background.
